Chef's Bio

Recognized as one of the top culinary talents in the Southeast, Chef Louis Osteen opened the original Louis's and The Fish Camp on Pawleys Island, South Carolina, with his wife Marlene. His recipes have been featured in such magazines as Gourmet, Bon Appetit, Wine Spectator, USA Today, The New York Times, and many others; and he has been featured on television programs such as CBS This Morning, Food 911, and Great Chefs of America.

Chef Louis was named James Beard's "American Express Best Chef Southeast" in 2004. His other awards include Gourmet magazine's "Great Dish Award". He also remains an active participant in the Great Chefs Series by the Culinary Institute of America, and is proud to bring the flavor and flair of his culinary heritage to Las Vegas.
